Day 1:
Depart early in the morning 07:30 from Cappadocia via
Kayseri to Pinarbasi. After a tea break and visit to
Gurun departure for Malatya. After lunch visit Tepehan,
than climb to the Mountain to see the sunset. After
sunset at the top of Mt. Nemrut (2150m) walk to Kahta
side than transfer to hotel by minivan (9km). Overnight in
Kahta near the top of mountain.
Day 2: Today after
breakfast depart from hotel and cross the Ataturk Dam
by boat via Siverek, Hilvan to Urfa and continue to
Harran (one of the oldest Mesopotamian Civilization
Center). After visiting Beehive Houses of Harran, the
old University and the ruins drive back to Urfa for
lunch. After lunch visit Traditional Covered bazaar,
Holly Fish Pool, Abraham Cave, Old Edessa and other
historical places. Drive back to hotel via Ataturk
Dam. Overnight inKahta.
Day 3: Early in
the morning (around 03:00) drive up to Mt.Nemrut to
watch the sunrise among the Gigantic God and Goddes
Statues. After sunrise back to hotel for breakfast.
After check out continue the Tour to Arsemia (Old
Capital), Cendere Koprusu (Roman Period Bridge
in a very good condition), and Karakus Royal Tombs.
After exploring Upper Mesopotamia Civilization drive
back to Cappadocia.
